We want you to be happy with Velino.tv. If you're not satisfied, here's how our refund process works.
1. Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.
If you forget to cancel and are charged after the trial, you can still request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
2. 14-Day Withdrawal Right (EU/EEA Customers)
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date — no questions asked.
To exercise this right, email support@velino.tv with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
3. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days
Technical issues preventing you from using the service: eligible for a full or partial refund.
Service not as described: eligible for a refund.
Change of mind after 14 days: not eligible for a refund.
For annual plans, partial (pro-rata) refunds may be available for unused months.
4. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email support@velino.tv with the subject "Refund Request".
Step 2: Include your account email address and the reason for your request.
Step 3: We will respond within 48 hours.
Step 4: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
5. Refund Timeline
Processing by Velino.tv: 5–10 business days.
Bank/payment provider processing: an additional 3–5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us at support@velino.tv before disputing a charge with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly, and chargebacks can delay the process for everyone.
