These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Velino.tv streaming service and website at app.velino.tv. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Velino.tv provides an IPTV streaming subscription service offering access to live TV channels, movies, and series. The service is accessible on Smart TVs, phones, tablets, and computers.

Service availability may vary by region. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for personal use by a single individual.

We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency on your regional landing page.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial period at no cost.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@velino.tv. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You may use Velino.tv for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not: redistribute, record, or share content from the service; use the service for commercial or public display; circumvent any access restrictions or security measures; share your account credentials with others.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Velino.tv are owned by or licensed to us. You do not acquire any ownership rights through your use of the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

To the extent permitted by law, Velino.tv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@velino.tv to resolve any disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
